I purchased a drum kit or sample pack and cannot find the download link. Where is it?

All drum kits, sample packs, and digital downloads links are sent to the e-mail address your order was placed under. Occasionally, some e-mail services and filters will re-direct our e-mails to your SPAM Folder/Filter. If your PayPal e-mail address is different than the order e-mail address, check your PayPal e-mail inbox.

Click Here to log into your account (if you created one at checkout) and retrieve your drum kit or sample pack download links.

Please check your SPAM Folder/Filter before contacting Customer Service. The subject line for order e-mails looks like this: “Your Boom Bap University Order Has Been Received!”

What is The Difference between a loop kit and a sample pack?

Sample Packs (Kits) come with tracked out .Wav stems of each sound within the loop. So you will have the ability to manipulate just the loop or each indivual sound in the loop. Whichever you prefer.  Loop Packs (Kits) on the other had, only contain the loop itself, so no way to manipulate or remove specific sounds.

I downloaded a pack but the filename says boatloadkits instead of boom bap university. why is that?

We’ve made a name change that was conducive to our brand and the sound we create and champion with music producers. So Boom Bap University is previously known as BoatLoadKits. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. It’s a long process to change the names of kits once uploaded to our cloud. So we recommend changing any file name to any kit you purchase from us that says BoatLoadKits to Boom Bap University
